Well, so far 2007 hasn't been our year. It is only May, but I am SO ready for this year to be over. Since January, Brian and I have been dealing with some stuff that I am not ready to blog about yet, but believe me, I feel like I have cried enough to last a lifetime (no worries we're fine though. :-) But if you feel like I have been distant lately, that's why.
To compound that stress, now little annoying things are starting to happen. For example, just this week one of the cars has decided to flake out and yesterday a spring on our garage door broke. So basically our garage is useless until we get that fixed. The door is too heavy for Brian to lift on his own. It took 3 guys to lift it yesterday to get our cars out.
I can tell that Monty and Zoey are picking up on our stress. They like to chew things when they misbehave. Monty eats anything plastic -- grocery bags, the bag that the newspaper comes in, trash bags. Zoey on the other hand eats anything paper -- bills, magazines, photos, books.
Hopefully, all of this will subside soon because I think everyone here is ready for things to get back to "normal" (whatever that is :-).

Man, it sounds like you guys will be happy to ring in 2008. I'm sorry to hear this year has been so stressful for you. Here's hoping the second half of 2007 is much better.
Hey you can come cry with me any time! We can have our own little crying party where we vent out all the crap that stresses us out :)
