So the vet called yesterday evening with Monty's test results. The results came back saying that the tumor was benign, that everything had been removed during the surgery, and that Monty is a dog. Yes, you read that correctly a D-O-G.
Sure, I see it. That explains why he's so big. (Janine, maybe you should ask the vet to check Parm's DNA. :0) Or maybe his DNA is starting to mutate into some new cat/dog species.
Needless to say, we question the accuracy of the report. We're hoping that everything else is correct and that someone at the vet school just checked the wrong species box. The vet couldn't find out yesterday evening because the pathology lab was closed, but she said that she would get back to us today. We're keeping our fingers crossed.

I get that. Personally, I have a dog-cat and a cat-dog, so maybe the species are melding :)
Seriously, I hope that those ARE Monty's results (or that his are just as good!)
Take care!
Kimberly
I knew it! Thats why Parm is so huge!
I hope the tumor results are accurate, though. Poor guy...he's been through a lot lately.
